Arthur Shin is an attorney at Silver & Wright, LLP. Arthur practices in the areas of code enforcement, receiverships, nuisance abatement, and criminal prosecutions.
Arthur earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Whittier Law School, where he was a member of both the Whittier Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board. After law school, Arthur was a deputy district attorney and then a deputy attorney general with the California Department of Justice. Arthur also practiced in the area of administrative law with the California State Office of the Inspector General, and then in private practice. Arthur joined Silver & Wright with 25 years of litigation experience in criminal, civil, and administrative law settings. Arthur is admitted to the State Bar of California, the US District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Arthur is also heavily involved in his community, serving as the vice-president of his local little league.
