Henry Negrete

Chief Operating Officer

Henry Negrete brings over twenty years of finance and operations experience to our firm. Prior to joining Silver & Wright, Henry held executive finance and operations positions in both public and privately held companies. These roles included managing teams around the world including the US, India, South America, and the Philippines, with responsibilities for client onboarding, sales operations, consumer relations, software development & engineering, operations, HR, legal, finance, and accounting. Previously, Henry was vice president and COO, where he grew the organization from 50 to over 500 team members while the company made the Inc 5000 list each year during his tenure.

Most recently, Henry was a partner in a management consulting firm that supports clients with the design, delivery, and improvement of their products & services, sales & marketing plans, financial performance, and operations management. He is also well versed at assisting clients in defining growth strategies, M&A and fundraising.

Mr. Negrete received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University
