Jake Moawad is a lawyer at Silver & Wright LLP. As he awaits his Bar results, Jake covers a wide breadth of legal areas, including administrative law and hearings, civil litigation, criminal law and code enforcement.
Jake received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Jake Moawad was elected Vice President of External Affairs for the school’s Student Bar Association. Jake also served as an Editor for the High Technology Law Journal and was actively involved on multiple moot court teams. Jake externed for the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. While studying at The Ohio State University, Jake double majored in Chemical Engineering and Economics. Jake also participated as an active member of the Gamma Chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, and Jake was actively involved in the school’s Undergraduate Student Government.
In his spare time, Jake is passionate about serving the community and has completed over 500 hours of community service. Jake is also an amateur photographer, and after visiting 8 National Parks, Jake aspires to visit all 63 in the coming years.
