Robert Lazak

Paralegal

Robert is a Paralegal at Silver & Wright LLP. He assists attorneys in municipal law in civil courts with code enforcement, nuisance abatement, cost recovery, receiverships, and multiple other aspects of civil litigation.

Before joining Silver & Wright, Robert graduated from Whittier College in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. During his time at Whittier College, Robert worked for the City of Whittier with the city manager’s office and planning departments. He developed an interest in code enforcement and city planning at the city.

In 2015, he obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Riverside. Robert has several years of experience in litigation, specifically, personal injury, insurance defense, and ADA Defense. During this time, he obtained trial experience in trial preparation, drafting, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings.
